Q: How long will it take to ship the tuxedo costume to me?
A: For Rental: We ship out about 9 days before your event by Priority Mail which takes 2-4 days delivery. You should have them about 5 days prior to your event. ** If you need your costume sooner, we can also ship Express Mail with a guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days. Check shipping for these prices. For Purchase: We usually ship out our costumes within 48 hours.

Q: When do we ship the costumes back?
A: We ask that you ship them back the 1st business day after your event. You can use the same boxes that you received them in to return them. A notice will be sent in each box telling you where and when to ship the costumes back. A list of care instructions will also be included with each tuxedo.

Q: How do I go about reserving a costume for my event?
A: Just call us at 507-386-0207 with the size and color you want, the date you need it for, your ship to address and
your credit card information.

Q: How soon do I need to reserve my tuxedo costume without worrying about them being rented or sold out?
A: We try to keep these costumes in stock at all times however; Prom and Halloween are very popular times. The more time you allow the better chance you will have of getting the size and color that you want.

Q: Can the costume be altered to fit?
A: Yes. The pants have an elastic waist but they do come quite long. We ask that you only make temporary alterations by stiching or pinning them up so they do not drag on the ground. Please remove all temporary alterations before you ship the costumes back.

Q: How do I get my pictures on your customer comments page?
A: Send an email to staff@dumbanddumbercostumes.com with your picture and comments and we will be happy to put them online for you. You can also send a picture along with your comments by mail.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If the costume has not been shipped, you can cancel your order for a $25 cancellation fee per costume. If the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
